Equipped with reaction kettle, centrifuge, conductivity meter, ball mill, jet mill, muffle furnace, than the surface of the instrument, laser particle size tester, polishing machine and other equipment.

Company research and development team the existing 20 people, of which two PhD students, graduate student 8 people, bachelor degree or above 10 people. With central south university, hunan university, xiangtan university and other colleges and universities to maintain long-term cooperation and technical exchange.

Company research and development involved areas have solid waste disposal, liquid waste disposal and waste gases.

Refers to solid waste: solid waste produced in the process of industrial production, the processing of waste residues, dust, debris, sludge and produced in the process of mining waste rock and tailings, etc. Now in the development project of rare earth polishing powder treatment and recycling of the sludge, and lithium ion battery waste recycling.

Liquid waste disposal: waste refers to the poisonous and harmful emissions in the process of production of the natural environment and the harm to human and animal waste liquid. Liquid waste pollution in variety, it is difficult to through a simple step program is clean enough, often need to pass a number of comprehensive operation unit processing can meet the emission requirements. Currently in the research project has enhanced the degradation efficiency of bacteria to the cultivation of the living.

Refers to the production of waste treatment: gas waste emissions of exhaust gas of various kinds of harmful to human and animal and environment. Now in development projects are plasma waste gas treatment equipment development.
